I visited Nandos in Stoke - Etruria Mills with my family this past Monday and it was a very pleasant experience Max who attended to us was very friendly and yet professional his customer service was great And Sam who was the store manager treated us so nicely and gave us some concession once he heard that we were visiting for the first time Many thanks Max and Sam for the brilliant customer service

Customer service was exceptional
Myself and my daughter went last Saturday 9 12 23 for a take out extremely busy but we had to wait a bit longer than usual as the lady who was on the front of desk sorry didn t get her name was a little late getting our order but she was extremely apologetic and very very professional gave us sone free food for our wait she is a credit to your company and customer service was exceptional this was at Robin Park in Wigan

I had a fantastic experience at the Nando s in Hove thanks to the exceptional service provided by the manager Anatalio From the moment we arrived it was clear that he runs the restaurant with efficiency and care When we encountered an issue with the app regarding our order Anatalio swiftly stepped in to resolve it with professionalism and a positive attitude He ensured our food arrived promptly piping hot and perfectly cooked going above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied His attention to detail and commitment to customer service was truly impressive making our dining experience seamless and enjoyable A huge thanks to Anatalio for his outstanding management and support
