It feels like I m excited to get my package and then something is wrong with it not having representatives do what they say they re going to do I have been disappointed and I feel like I m trying to find my peace but I m struggling finding something that I am properly picking or to speak with someone who has proper knowledge it s just very frustrating

My order took longer than 30 days I was out of town for 30 days unfortunately my order came in Piecemeal I item I ordered I could not return The other 2 items I was able to The CS person was very helpful and gave me a coupon for my trouble I am a short woman so I do have to check sizes and lengths closely I LOVE their products I placed another order so happy with quality and styles

love ending up being larger than i expected but i like a roomy fit i won t know how warm this will be until next winter but looks very promising the fabric is kind of silky feeling versus fluffy i hope it washes well in the washing machine because i won t be hand washing as directed
