Robbery

Please do not use this company they are thieves They came to my house took my blinds supposedly to clean them but for 5 months have been trying to get them back I and the police have visited their premises which is a house this is not a legitimate company BUYERS BEWARE

This company is not trustworthy

Martin from Nataro collected my fabric and deposit to make a roman blind in July 2024 I have been trying to contact them since then They do not reply to phone calls or messages I went to their listed address at Hogarth Road but it is a derelict building Does anyone have a verified address

Do not use

Unfortunately I can t recommend this business at all despite Martin being very pleasant in person He is totally out of his depth trying to present his business as much larger than it is when in truth he is a one-man band Even allowing for this his communication speed is appalling It took so long for him to respond as to when he was returning my blinds I had to assume they d been stolen He only got in touch when my bank contacted his bank to retrieve my payment and they froze his account I then got my blinds back wrinkled and terribly hung - they re still wonky but I ll get someone else to sort them out Martin needs to find another line of work I m afraid

Paid Simon Martin in good faith for work Took the money and never did the work or repaid the money When you call the company to speak to him he pretends to be someone else This man is nothing but a thief

I recently had some work to undertaken by Nataro and was delighted with the level of service First of all I was concerned that my small job might not be worth their time - I had a Roman blind that needed remounting on a new rail and the chain moved from one side to another Natoro were absolutely charming about it The slightly odd request was no problem at all The price they charged was very fair and they even collected and delivered Highly recommend

My linens sheer blinds were dirty and water marked from rain Nataro came to my house took down the blinds and cleaned them as if new There was some damage at the bottom of two blinds from general wear and tear over the years Nataro repaired these checking with me first and because it took longer they didn t charge for the service They re-fitted the blinds and they look amazing clean fresh white beautiful I then gave them another large sheer blind which was beautiful cleaned again looks like new collected dismantled and refitted in 24 hours Great service all around I wont hesitate to use them again
