I have bought one of the courses from them and i called to arrange an exam date and also to change the name on the account They want to charge me 64 99 JOKE Avoid them if you can

More focus on stories then quality education
The first hour of the course was spent Breaking the ice which for an online course is completely useless there was zero added professional benefit knowing what the other attendees most interesting fact was The instructor unfortunately spent alot of the time talking about his mates stories then delivering the approved presentation resulting in several slides being skipped past due to time running out There was a huge focus on the attendees maintaining eye contact with the camera resulting in several people being publicly shamed for just looking away from the screen when there was nothing being presented just another pointless story You do not have to be looking the camera dead in the eye to be able to listen and understand what is being said to you The same way I don t have to stare at the radio when I m listening to it The information that was delivered was useful however I would not recommend this particular course provider due to the experience provided by the instructor

Traffic Law CPC Course with Steve
Generally the content of the course was good although the nature of traffic law will naturally be less engaging than other courses Adrian Conrad have been brilliant in delivering other courses but Steve was not up to the same standard today He appeared far less professional than other tutors He often made casual sexist remarks eg jokes about women parking and always deferring to drivers doctors and the traffic commissioners as he When someone gave a wrong answer to a question he seemed pretty abrupt in saying they were wrong compared to Adrian and Conrad who were far more supportive Worse still Steve openly admitted to routinely using his mobile phone whilst driving previous drink-driving and asked a motorcyclist on the course What was the fastest you ve been The person answered over 100mph and Steve s attitude and response did not reflect a professional CPC tutor but rather that of mates joking down the pub Unfortunately I found myself disinterested and disengaged by the end of this particular course This was not helped by Steve s way of regulating addressing questions to the whole group and created difficulty in hearing others as Zoom does not work well when many people are talking at once Thankfully my other four courses were a very positive experience but after today I would only be looking to complete more training with NCT if I knew in advance who would be leading the session

Not very impressed by the quality of the training or the complete lack of customer care
Training started several minutes late and at one point the tutor walked off to go and collect a parcel that was being delivered during the session He didn t seem particularly interested in or well inform about some of the topics either when answering question on European working hours several of the trainees demonstrated better knowledge than the instructor His catch phrase seemed to be this isn t my area of expertise well it should be when you are charging 15 trainees 46 each for sitting on your backside reading through some PowerPoint slides It spite of the tardiness of the instructor they were very strict on the timekeeping of the trainees if you return just a couple of minutes late from a break and even if it was due to a legitimate technical problem they will try to make you resit the entire day and charge you another 46 This company is not motivated by helping drivers get the CPC they need it is motivated purely by greed and doing as little as possible to remove you from your hard earned cash They are exploiting the current situation with the shortage of class C C E drivers to make as much money as possible and don t give a monkeys about who they rip off in the process Avoid like the plague

They have cancelled at last minute and that was my last 7 hours cpc lucky l had another week for my cpc to run out of date too much detail on courses specially tutor Steve will treat you like primary school kid l don t think l will book again with them in future

the customer service was awful and then they ended up turning the phone line off so i could not get through to them

No zoom link no contact
Booked a 2nd after a good experience previously didnt get sent the zoom meeting link and can t get hold of anyone from the company Have taken my money tho

I am very dissatisfied I advise against
I am very dissatisfied the eighth hour session can be completed up to one hour The instructor talks a lot of useless things and few specific facts In addition he is not very understandable I also noticed that when I wanted to speak the instructor does not let me go to come to voice and even interrupts me so that I would say nothing During my last session over the Internet the connection was interrupted for about 5 minutes then I repeated the connection but the instructor who introduced himself as Conrad and that he was the owner of the company did not allow me to the course CONRAD s very rabbit behavior I think this company is focused on financial profit and in the ass has whether the student will get knowledge or not Through all this I don t know if I can start working on the nearest Monday or not because I will not have CPC on time -

I will use different supplier for my next training
Booking was easy enough but no direct instructions on how it all worked I logged onto zoom from my confirmation email and it all seemed to work ok and trainers 4 out of 5 of them were informative and OK The reason I only given a 1 star is that Customer Service is non existent I tried calling twice and still not answered after 20 mins I tried online chat and waited over an hour with no reply and finally I sent 2 emails neither of them answered I have still not heard back from anyone at all
