Our order for 5 shower wall boards were very competitively priced with an added bonus of an additional 10 discount offer Delivery two days after order placed Unfortunately 3 boards were damaged in transit Customer Service immediately arranged for replacements to be sent with delivery two days later Again one board was damaged in transit Reported damage to Customer Service and also raised the issue of ending up with boards with three different batch numbers and the possibility of the second replacement board being damaged in transit again Jill from Customer Services raised my concerns with management Advised the following day that 5 new panels will be sent in the next two days and to ensure they were not damaged in transit Jill arranged for their driver Sean to deliver the items Received a call from Sean the night before delivery day to arrange a convenient time Sean was very polite and extremely helpful He unloaded unpacked and inspected the items with us Also took back previous deliveries as well as the packaging Jill in Customer Services was brilliant Replied to emails and telephone messages promptly Wonderful telephone manner A true professional who exhibited pride in her work A big thank you to Jill and Sean Not marking National Plastics down because of the damaged goods received as this was the fault of the courier company s lack of care in the handling of the goods Excellent service by National Plastics
