Contrary to all other reviews I found Plastic Express gave me very good serviceI gave a largish order on Thursday 16 August 2018 and it was delivered correctly on Monday 20th August

Was a bit dubious when ordering from this company due to the reviews but we ordered and were pleased to receive it within a few days All good quality at a reasonable price

My recent order of 100m of 25mm mdpe pipe and 2 x 50m of 65mm blue ducting arrived within 4 working days less one roll of ducting which arrived the following day Jess at Plastic Express returned my email when I asked the situation about the missing ducting the same day informing me that Tuffnells had it at their deport and that it was out for delivery So certainly no difficulty with deliveries or contact - I would use Jess with any query as it is easier to email than ring and I suspect they prefer that method of contact
