I had very bad experience

I had very bad experience unprofessional firm out of Orlando area I didn t recommend for any one after been approved for the loan and did my search they lower the loan amount because of their less experience out side of other area really don t recommend at all

Very poor experience - 9 weeks and still no outcome

Very poor experience It s been 9 nine weeks and we still haven t got an outcome It started with redundant and repetitive questions from the underwriters that needed 5 working days to each time to review the answer It continued with an inexperienced surveyor that asked for structural engineer report that I had to pay Only trivial cracks for comparison another lender that I got the mortgage from did a desktop valuation The report took 10 days to be reviewed When we thought everything is ready they asked for proof of visa that we had sent 9 weeks before We decided to go to another lender and got the mortgage offer within 2 weeks Very disappointed with Nationwide - inefficient and time consuming communication systems and procedures Avoid

Poor service so far

Terrible been waiting weeks and weeks for an update on my mortgage application valuation only to keep being told each week it will be looked at this week I understand delays with COVID and high numbers of enquiries but very bad service and getting no where

Beth at Nationwide has been an absolute STAR We had some previous issues with the payment for a surveyor going through and Beth was so attentive and even got our mortgage application accepted WITHIN A WEEK We have recently been struggling with a slow solicitor and Beth has helped us to chase things up and has been replying to me outside of working hours Give this woman a raise

We recently decided to release some equity from our home to buy something I ve wanted for many years We contacted nationwide over 55s mortgage advisor Donna Dickie she is amazing customer training schools from round the UK should be queuing up to head hunt her Her knowledge and expertise is great My husband and I are both pensioners not well up on tech Donna has been with us each step of the way Even answering emails out of hours thankyou Donna you have been a star

After going through first with Mortage Broker taking forever to shop for a lender and exhausting our mortgage commitment time 30 days and then our extension we tried with another lender 15 days we had to extend our contract and NATIONWIDE was able to get the Job DONE If your shopping for a mortgage company to help you get funding for you your family this is the team you want assisting you Robert Haufler and his partner H ctor Passini were able to save us from the nightmare we was going through with the other lenders and mortgage brokers There were honest straight forward and they were make sure your are OK before you go into underwriting They will not put the file through there pipe line unless they are sure it will close They have 100 closing ratio because they do pre-underwriting on your file - and if something doesn t work they will find a solution to make it work They are the direct lenders and they will help you all the way Robert Haufler and H ctor Passini have a great level of expertise and exceptional service We were able to secure our house with the help from there team Thank you We are forever grateful for what you have done for our family Rudolph Zevallos Tinna LaruyZevallos Family

I had a very smooth easy transition

I had a very smooth easy transition refinancing with Nationwide saving money which was the most important goal being a single widowed mother of 2 college bound teenagers I applied for the first responders refinance being a nurse Robert Pudlowski his associates were understanding patient thorough made this process easy for me Highly recommended

They don t make em like Ron Greene anymore

Ron Greene called me one day about two months ago He said he thought we could make this mortgage work For some reason I did not hang up on this man I am so thankful that I did not Ron walked me through every document request every new form every new twist on getting to closing I am not an easy man to work with I raised my voice on the phone more than once but Ron hung in and calmly explained every number every concern every potential difficulty And we made it Ron Greene is a damn good man who knows how to do his job and make it possible for all parties to come together at the end and all necessary papers are now signed The refi is funded and a new phase of my life my family s life begins Ron Greene and I promise to share a beer someday in the city They don t make em like Ron anymore Five stars John Hertzler

Excellent adviser

Excellent adviser We have a problem with our mortgage its not with Nationwide its another company and the Nationwide adviser was excellent in looking into the problem and coming up with a potential solution Well done
