I bought a bag of dried goods for 30 I returned it to the store with the receipt It was unopened and in resellable condition They would not take it back They would not give me credit No customer service Period I walked out and have not and will not return I shop at other local health food stores now

I have been a customer of Natural Grocers since they opened in Denton Tx However I know refuse to shop that store I have taken my business elsewhere Back in January my husband and I were sick I decided to go get us some Eucalypts and Lavender oils for our defuser in our bedroom I made the purchase the day they were giving out free olives and bags I got home and realized I purchased the tester of lavender which was almost empty I returned it to the store a couple days later just to get a full one I was told by the Manager that they had not sold that brand in over 6 weeks I did not have my receipt but told her I was just looking to return their tester and get a full bottle of what I paid for I was told NO and called a liar No business from me anymore period Bad customer service

Natural Grocers - Coal Mine and KiplingThey mischarged me - way too many times Bought 3 chocolate bars natural grocers brand for 1 99 each I handed them 3 - 1 00 coupons - my bill should have been around 3 00 plus tax She said no - that I owed 6 00 plus tax I have been shopping there for many years and the customer service and the store is the Number - Worst Store in Town They do not care about their customers At All I am done - will never shop there again Trader Joes is where I shop and they are the Best store in Town

Bad customer service

As a company that focuses on the customer I was very disappointed with the Billings location I went in fast to get help with supplements this evening and I knew I had 15 minutes I looked for help and decided to look on my own even other customers came to help They had closed by the time I found an alternative and was going to checkout and one of the employees came over and said we are closed you have to leave without asking if I had even found what I was looking for So I checked out quickly and left I hope they can get better help

Today was my last visit to Natural Grocers in Lubbock WARNING Check your receipt before you leave I have been ripped off just about every time I go there Today as usual I pointed out pricing errors from the shelf to checkout Yes I am on their rewards program so I know the screen at the checkout isn t the same as on the receipt where the discounts should show up The manager grudgingly fixed a pricing error or so I thought When I got home I discovered she didn t If you decide to shop here check your receipt before you leave You ve been warned

I was very disappointed to walk in to my favorite indie alternative grocery store and to hear trashy rap and pop being played Why not match the music with the intended environment Hippies shop here so play music that we resonate with- Joe Cocker John Lennon ect The contemporary horrible music completely ruined my shopping experience Don t we hear enough of that crap everywhere else Give us a break
