Rotten seafood

Sprouts recently opened in my city and I have had 4 shopping experiences through Instacart The first 3 experiences were good I made the 4th order on September 30 2023 which included sea scallops The sea scallops were slimy and rotten The smell made me gag the memory of the smell still makes me gag This was not the fault of the Instacart shopper I shopped along with her my order was delivered to me timely and had been properly temperature controlled All other items in the order were fine I will no longer shop at Sprouts either in person or through Instacart nor will I provide good recommendations Sprouts has no concerns with food safety Instacart has provided a refund

Snobby too pricey and not truly organic

I have shopped in several Sprouts Farmers stores around Fort Worth TX and I m done with them I will no more purchase any product there The workers are snobby and most of the time you don t see them around Many items contain lots of sugar they actually have very few organic items and the prices are too high I am grateful that I ve found another health food store in Downtown where the foods are really truly organic and this is where will be shopping regularly from now on

No mask for Vaccinated cashiers customers can opt out of mask wearing for any reason

Update sprouts is permitting people to stop wearing masks They are also having vaccinated people not wear masks if cashiers I think the cdc made a big mistake Now the spread will go further I wish they would regulate beyond CDC Guidelines I have found a different store where patrons and staff wear masks or do curb side Cart must keep moving at all time and customers are not permitted to read labels for allergy info Manager did not care when I called her Did not listen or understand I was told cart must keep moving at all times Better to use Walmart or order online Treat employees very poorly there are many protesters

i ve shopped at sprouts quite a bit I enjoy their meat products Today at checkout I saw that they are asking me to round out for some sort of donation for kids This is an obvious scam It s just a way to get money into the pockets of administrators and executives through BS accounting tricks I don t enjoy being scammed when I go to a store I will never shop at sprouts again because of the scam that they put on the register at check out They are dishonest company I would advise not shopping there The prices are too high anyways

If you are thinking Sprouts might be a good career choice rethink that The management at Store 23 in Tucson AZ is dishonest and without integrity Specifically the store manager and the produce manager Both of these clueless people are just garbage Any company that terminates senior employees with a voice mail and no explanation is not a company you want to invest in

Never a cashier

Never a cashier I was encouraged to go through the self checkout with 40 items and no knowledge of how to do proceed I was ignored by the person standing there on their phone When I trie3d to go a register there was no one available This seems like the normal Do better Sprouts or my goes elsewhere

Absurdly high prices

Two years ago Dublin store had Kals Nutritional yeast 11 ish Your new store on S Nevada just opened Price on same item 23 ish dollars Told inflation Went to Natural Grocers a few blocks away Lo and behold same brand same product 11 ish Saw no great bargains PRICES HIGHER than King Soopers on bread I want Dave s Colorado Springs CO 80906 new store

Don t Value Customors

Employee made error filling Instacart order Called before arrived to ask for help cause driving 2 hours to store Manager refused to rectify their error which would have been easy to do Greensboro NC store Since we vote with our dollars I will never shop there again Back to giving my dollars to Whole Foods even though I hate Amazon At least their employees are competent and the managers will try to help you
