Fast support when I had a little oops when about to buy the product Very fast delivery time Surprised to find it in the mail box Now the taste of oil Isn t very pleasant but it is to be honestly expected If anyone has issues with it I suggest having a piece of gum to get over the taste Feeling a bit calmer and relaxed but still early times Really hoping to see more other products like gummies or more I would say I plan to order the capsules next Can t wait

Not so sure about this brand anymore

Very disappointed I have ordered some products and it is been more than 6 days and nothing I have tried to contact them through email messenger and nothing I think they are scam Be careful

Disappointing

Order from them successfully once and was happy with my purchase Second time not so much Received email promoting new 1-2 day delivery times after some hard months year they finally sorted thier logistics issues out and offered a March discount code So I though I d try it out again This was the 25th March Since then I have not receive my package tried reaching them on live chat that was subsequently removed Tries to reach them on their contact form a number of times but no response And there is still no update on postnord tracking service I reach out to them all they said was a label has be printed but they have not received a package yet It s now 5th of April and I m beginning to loose faith that they are a legitimate business Be wary Update as of 9th of April I still have not heard back from them - Also tried their Facebook page to no avail Will be submitting one more request - via their contact page to seek a refund Not hopeful Update I have recieved my order everything seems in order so I m relieved but never received any communication from them after I started airing my concerns to them and they tried to claim via trust pilot that my experience has been not legitimate I will not change my rating

Expensive delivery no support at all I paid for delivery delivery was to the mailbox which was not possible so the parcel was redirected to the post center in a location inconvenient for me To change the post center need to contact the sender which was not possible I spent a whole hour just to get my order Update I was asked to provide additional information and I provided the order number Representative of the company looked up my information in their database and published my name on a third-party website without my consent I asked them to remove my personal information from their reply but they refused and told me to delete my review instead So not only this company doesn t provide any customer support mishandles customer personal information but they also try to manipulate the reviews That looks like a GDPR violation to me
