Scam company avoid at all costs

Scam company Took my money and never delivered Have contacted them via email with no response Claim to have experts available on live chat 10am to 10pm but they cannot respond to an email

This is a scam I ordered on 13th December and no product received They have not answered my emails I emailed for the third time yesterday and requested a refund instead I ve had a notification that its been posted today - no replies to my emails I will be sending back if it arrives

Received the nail fungus pens after quite a long wait Been using them religiously as directed to absolutely no avail No improvement whatsoever - complete waste of money

Saw this online And thought I would try it Ordered and they took the money but never dispatched the items despite saying they post within 24 hours Tried contacting their chat which just said it would email me went on next day and the chat system had been removed Emailed them directly and never heard back Scam website had to get my bank to refund me

I placed an order with this company on 19th Jan 24 via a facebook ad silly me only read the comments section and believed the hype No product has arrived as of 10th Feb 24 numerous emails ignored first one on the day of order was answered by someone called Christina assuring me my address was updated and corrected as I had accidentially put in the wrong house number Nothing answered since Their live chat function does not seem to work either what a suprise I have no doubt now that this company is a total scam If you search for them on facebook they have totally disappeared they must just put the ad up every so often to hook new victims in to their dirty little scam Well now I am down the guts of Fifty Euro lesson learned I should have read the reviews on TrustPilot before I ordered anything from them

Scam - don t use this company

Yes unfortunately this is a scam Have received the same experience as others product hasn t arrived weeks after I ordered it Have received some responses to my chasing emails but these have always offered a refund which is very suspicious The phone number appears to be a personal mobile where the mailbox is full I was told the item was sent this week a week after promised I am still waiting Their Covent Garden premises on Google appear to be suspicious with no formal entrance to the business 20 spent and I ll put this down to learning a lesson to check my suppliers in future Update 12 1 24 A post-Christmas miracle The order arrived this afternoon So it s not a scam just a company with very poor service fulfilment and a nonexistent customer service department
