I had a couple of questions and received prompt and helpful replies so customer service is great The product is 100 pure and the capsules are plant based which is what attracted me to the site The Magnesium Glycinate provides 240mg of elemental magnesium and I top up the dose with 75mg of Magnesium L-Threonate to give me just under the RDA of 320mg It can take several weeks for magnesium supplements to work so I am unable to comment on the effectiveness at this stage but I feel confident
