Amazing Customer Service

I don t understand a previous reviewer as my experiences with this company have been brilliant very time I felt I had to leave a review as I placed an order for a family birthday cake chocolate hazelnut Unbeknown to me their hazelnuts went out of stock bewteen my ordering and them sending out it was also a period when Royal Mail went on strike Yet my order arrived - everything there - with a little note to say that they had run out of hazelnuts but had bought some from M S for me to make sure I could still bake my cake Well if that wasn t the kindest and most thoughtful gesture that any company could do I was very touched I think it is really important to appreciate small companies like this who go the extra mile and work so hard Very different to the big impersonal industrial mammoths where everything is digitised yes they have fancy systems that monitor stock control - which is incidentally going to be much harder for an ordinary real life whole food shop that also serves the public - but with big companies your custom isn t even noticed with these guys it is obvious that they really do notice care about their customers Thank you Natures Healthbox
