We are currently renting a property with a Navien boiler which broke down our landlady had insurance and called out an engineer who eventually arrived but was unable to help so the landlady contacted Navien and Aubrey telephoned me to discuss my issue so he went through various things to do to try and rectify the situation he was clearly well versed in his trade and guided me along to a satisfactory resolution of the problem so I can t thank him enough as we ve been without hot water and heating for couple of days so it was great to have solved the problem so quickly once I spoke with Aubrey

I was like a lot of people when I heard
I was like a lot of people when I heard the name Navien I sed I m not fitting that rubbish on my jobs however one of my customers requested that they wanted me to fit them a Navien 54kw combination boiler after I fit that I was impressed now I d say most of the boilers I fit are Navien

Great boiler and great support
Since the turn of the year I ve started fitting these boiler 15 in total and never had an issue apart from last week Friday 4 30 in the afternoon I called John from Navien 10 mins later I get a call back saying an emergency engineer will be out within 2 hours By 6 o clock an engineer arrived and sorted the problem I had accidentally wired up an existing hive twin channel receiver to the combi the prompt service and support from them was first class not many manufacturers will do out of hours repairs I would highly recommend Navien to all my customers for the quality of boiler and the support they offer

Good AfternoonI d like to express how grateful and impressed I was from start tofinish with my experience today with Navien Francis Francisco he who handled the call was kind efficient andgot my query in motion straight away offering updates promptly and ina professional and thoughtful manner We had experienced a poor service from a Navien fitter and looked tofind alternative support given my elderly mum had no heating or hotwater and was loosely told from a local Navien provider it will be twoweeks to come out Given the time of year and pending weather we found this to beunhelpful and far from caring plus they wanted to charge near to ifnot over 100 call out to a lone pensioner knowing she would alreadyhad a warranty in place with you Not only did Francis explain we had a warranty he also reassured us weshouldn t be paying call out fees etc and would sort someone Very quickly he organised Nigel Stokes to come that same day toinvestigate and hopefully repair solve things I honestly couldn t believeit He did this on time and communicated with me and my mum and spent overtwo hours sorting things Mums comments were how lovely he was andexpert in what he did she felt completely reassured that an expert wasat hand and willing to sort things properly which he did A cozy home for mum is sorted thanks to him I can t thank the two named people enough and wish you all a fantastic2024 Yours JD

I followed Bark s offer of 2 responses from 5 star trusted boiler installers who would give me an estimate to install a NAVIEN UK Blue flame Combi Boiler I accepted a quote from what I soon found out to be far from a good choice They took my money and left me with a load of mess and 13 different issues re-installation missing safety parts and a total bodge up They professed to be Approved PRO Installers for Navien UK Boilers They left me without finishing the work and a boiler not appropriately installed the nightmare left me without heating or hot water for 3 months Navien UK sent a technician to see the job and reported back to his Area Manager who called to see what was going on He immediately intervened and arranged for a technician to come out and refit the boiler Navien supplied all the safety items I had paid the installer for but never received NAVIEN UK went way beyond their liability to put everything right The boiler is working perfectly and it came with a 10-year warranty The above is a short history However I will add that Navien UK were absolutely brilliant in sorting the bodged-up job that was carried out by a local so-called approved registered PRO INSTALLER whose rating on Bark was 28 reviews all rated at 5 stars plus 4 5 Trust pilot rating Navien UK deserves 10 stars at least for going the extra mile to help put everything right despite it not being of their making
