Inferior qualify faulty goods supplied they will not honour the 30 day guaranteed refund Instead offer on 15 refund- rouge traders to be avoided I would rate them minus 10 but sadly the lowest I can on this site is 1

One star is too much This company should be shut down Ordered goods 4 weeks ago The site looks legit and even displays falsely high customer review scores Then when checking the company out after not receiving goods shocked to find so many people in the same situation How are they allowed to continue trading AVOID as everyone else but the odd bot has said Sadly like me you re probably only finding out after purchase - Oh and don t believe their customer service or tracking Promised the goods were due for delivery on 3 separate occasions using the same tracking number which of course doesn t work

I had to give one star to be able to write this review IT s a star they don t deserve Had I done my due diligence I would never have placed an order with Navy London The quality of their products can only be compared to charity shop rejects I ve seen better dressed scarecrows Please don t waste your money on this company You ll definitely be disappointed

Avoid this fraudulent company

Avoid this fraudulent company Their name and website gives the impression they are a London based company but it s just a front for an extremely poor quality Chinese business You wait ages for the delivery and the size and quality of their clothing is ridiculously poor If you want to return an item it will cost you 20 and if you actually receive the refund it will take ages I ve since seen the same website under a different name as well Trading Standards should do something to stop this company

Navy-London poor quality messed up Then make you pay fees Don t order from Navy-London

DO NOT BUY FROM NAVY-LONDON Website and store is NOT in London or the UK - they are a China only operation Ordered clothing 12 December 2024 for Christmas 2025 from the London store website is purposefully deceiving Goods were not in the UK but in China so cancelled the order Navy London refused to cancel the order on request requests made on 12th on 20th but they shipped anyway 28th Goods received were incorrect low quality and not fit for purpose Now want me to pay for shipping goods back to them DO NOT USE

SCAM SCAM SCAMUnfortunately couldn t give zero stars Fake company from china who advertise designer clothes and send out poor quality imitation tat with sizes that would only fit small children Refusing to refund so letting the credit card company argue the toss Avoid at all costs Hopefully they will be closed down by trading standards shortly

Never Never buy from Navy London

Never Never buy from Navy London This company is based in China Having foolishly ordered a pair of shoes which took ages to arrive which were too small I wanted to return them for a refund After a lot of unhelpful emails I was given a bogus address in China I am now out of pocket for the goods and postage which was substantial 8 months later the wretched shoes have been returned here I am furious and feel powerless It has been a worrying experience

This scamming company operates under several different names They all seem to be build on Shopify platform Shopify has a complain tool which is simple and easy to fill in Report report report to stop the scammer at source
