I have ordered on sunday 12 02 an game for my kid for his birthday I needed to choose WHEN TO BE DELIVERED and I choosed on wednesday 15 02 even if my son s birthday was on friday Today we are in tuesday evening 21 02 a week past the day he was supposed to arrive and I still don t have my game but I have an crying kid with no present on his birthday I call everyone and all said to waite You are wondering what you can improve Tell the truth about delivering that Post NL has 5 working days of delivering from the moment you were supposed to recive the package maybe in this case other parents won t happen what I did

I ordered uncharted 4 when it is arrived the cd was good but the bix was broken When I weer in to the shop in leiden they did not have empty box they said I have to call them 3 days before I came back so it will be there and I have to pay for it 2 euro In another shop 200m awaybthey gave me one for free

My order was incomplete One article i bought for my son was missing a component So I called customer service to tell them my order was incomplete They just told me it wasn t their fault because they get them sealed from the factory so it must be complete So implicitly calling me a lair and not taking their responsibility for selling my an incomplete product After I told them that they still didn t care Never ordering something againP s please no cheap apology or respons Too little too late

My package is lost still under investigation no answer yet

My order did not arrive after talking with customer care they couldn t provide me a solution to my problem besides sending a complaint to their customer service email which I did from the start No re-send or Refund option offered upon such event Poor company ethics and very poor professionalism Will not buy from this company again

Basically every time I order something from Nedgame website the games are poorly packed with a thing bible layer protection the cd comes loose inside the box because DHL also do not care and handle it badly the box came broken and the art cover ripped off So we pay full price of a new game and we receive it in a used game condition

One of the controllers present in the console bundle i ordered had a mushy feel to one of the buttons Anyone with any form of competency would be able to feel this Sure the button works but it does not feel right Nedgame upon receipt of my controller proceeded to argue that it was fine and sent it back I therefore decided I would like to cancel my order under Dutch consumer law within the 14 day cooling off period as is my right Nedgame however at no point states on any item page that if you were to open it you will not get a full refund and instead received a used value for the item This kind of thing would make sense for a game or digital code for example but on an electrical mechanical item it is down right stupid and incredibly anti consumer As such I am now in a battle with their customer service over what simply needed to be a controller replacement but instead has turned into a legal fight over the full cost of my order I strongly recommend avoiding doing business with this awful company

I ordered three games for the Switch One was a special edition I paid 60 The package has arrived damaged opened on an edge The special edition was lightly creased on the left side A corner and the bottom edge had taken a hit Games were sent in a cheap cardboard box and were not enough protected inside I sent a message on the 23rd of November and they replied two days later asking for pictures of the damage About 10 pictures have been sent the 27th Since then they never came back to me order 31784246 I have been now waiting for two weeks after a solution and guess they won t come back to me anymore I am quite disappointed
