Ordered two games One for pick up and one by mail By mail it came very quickly Only confusing part was there was no confirmation mail that the game had been sent So it was a surprise Order number 30030668

Good service - needs language option

The website and service would have been even better if I had the option of choosing English as a way of communication Other than that my delivery arrived quickly and in great condition

Order was not completed but no notification from Nedgame They should have emailed to inform me that the payment with gift voucher had not worked instead of me asking after three weeks why the delivery had not arrived

Good online store with great selection of games International ordering was simple and even though I do not understand Dutch language the website was easy enought to use that I managed to place my order easily even though the website did not have English language option The order was processed and sent quickly The reason why I did not give 5 stars was because the shipping costs were fairly expensive but on the positive side the shipping was really fast I would absolutely recommend this store

Quick service

Quick service I had the digital code in minutes via my email although I found it in my spam folder My only problem was knowing how to use the code on my son s 3DS It would have been helpful to also receive instructions on how to download the game but after awhile we managed to do it Works great 30333203

Xbox series s turned in amazing

Xbox series s turned in amazing condition no problems setting up nor booting it up defentily worth the money however the reason im giving a 4 star is because you guys said it will deliver within that week and it did not but apart from that everything is great so thank you

My Experience

My Experience with Nedgames I had pre-ordered 2 games at Nedgames They arrived on time and everything was in order but I give 4 stars because I would like to have recieved any conformation from Nedgames that they would send my order on time Now i only recieved a track trace number on the day of delivery I will use Nedgames in the future but will be aware of their not to optimised customer service

Very nice some small improvements could be applied

I received everything in time and in working conditions It could be nicer if the seller gives some details about the physical state of the second hand items like if it s scratched or broken parts etc More like the Game Inc videogames shop chain does For the rest I m quite happy with the service
