Awful service

Awful service rude customer service asked for a refund for a product we cancelled before it was made because they couldn t make it in the time they promised Had our money for over 2 Weeks and all the lady says is I ve asked accounts to look into this and still no refund Please don t buy from this company

Absolutely fab So so happy with the custom light neon effect made for me they really brought my partners music logo to life Fantastic service incredibly reasonable price and the quality is above and beyond Couldn t be happier with my experience deffo going to be back for more

First class experience and first class product

I spent many hours looking for the best company to order a bespoke neon light from and finding Neon Effect meant the time was definitely well spent The experience was first class from start to finish The communication was excellent helping me achieve the ideal layout delivery was on time and as soon as I opened the package I knew I d chosen the best company as the light is perfect and looks amazing I cannot recommend this company enough

Brilliant faultless service and product

The whole process from start to finish was absolutely fantastic from neon effect Tom the director made sure everything was perfect before we committed to a design and order He sent through various fonts size option and colour options and made the purchase easy We had found a few other suppliers but having looked into reviews locations mainly america we decided neon was the best and we could not be happier

WOW

WOW I was so nervous about ordering paying for our neon sign for our very small budgeted karting club but after convincing my Committee Members I went ahead ordered the product couldn t be happier - this will put our name in lights for many years to come I am so pleased with the final product - thank you Tom you have been amazing

Recommendation for bespoke neon signs

My son wanted a bespoke neon sign for Christmas and after looking at several companies we decided to contact Neon Effect The customer service was excellent Tom went above and beyond He was really patient and helpful in answering my questions He also sent through various mock-ups to help us finalise the design I was so impressed with how much care had been taken over the packaging My son loves the sign and it came out even better than he imagined it I would definitely recommend them

Absolutely outstanding service from beginning to end This is the way all businesses should operate We ordered a customised sign with our logo along with an on air sign We got an incredibly competitive price as part of the black friday deal and Tom was incredibly responsive to phone calls and emails When our products arrived we were blown away by the quality and how fantastic our logo looked literally up in lights In fact we were so impressed we ordered 2 more on the spot Cracking company with the right work and customer care ethics

5 STARS ALL ROUND EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

So happy with the custom made sign I got It s amazing and so bright it lights up the whole room The quality is top notch If you thinking of getting one definitely order from Neon Effect The customer service is outstanding too I m a hard critic when it comes to customer service but they are so helpful reply almost instantly and nothings too much trouble Excellent company 5 stars all round
