I needed products to gift my relatives within 5 days I placed an order for 3 things on the 14th of October with an extra express shipping charge of Rs 200 I was told that I ll get the products in 4-5days All the 3 products got dispatched from 3 different cities Got one product on the 19th second one on the 20th and third one got dispatched only on the 18th and reached on 23rd Couldn t give 2 gifts in time so had to buy something else in amazon at the last minute Worse thing is that they didn t send the gift wrap too which I paid for And didn t respond to my complain on WhatsApp Very unprofessional attitude Nestasia

Misleading product description I purchased an Insulated travel tumbler Though the description states that it keeps drinks hot for up to 8 hours and cold for 10 hours in actual its only 3 hours max When asked the Company refused to take any responsibility of it stating you have crossed the return timeline What about the incorrect product claim then No ownership of that Will never trust nestasia products ever again When you are at wrong why is the return policy coming in This is nothing but shrugging off one s responsibility Unethical practice

Don t waste your money with their products
Well i had the worst experience with them it was broken into small pieces and yet they wanted me to open the box and share photos and videos as per their policy Also their policy does not have refund to bank account I had to request my family member to remove the broken pieces and send me a video As their team wanted complete When I agreed for replacement they asked me for a video and said only one jar is broken and we will get that one jar replaced How unprofessional can a team be First asking me to take detailed video and then mentioning that we will replace only one jar when i asked for refund they said it will be in your credit of your account How can i use the credit when all the experience was so bad Worst experience with any home decor company Will not call this as a brand Don t waste your money
