Scam siteThey sent me wrong product and customer support did nothing to resolve the issue They just asked me to keep the item They abuse customer s money

Substandard quality and rigid return policy for defective products

Please do not go by their images Nestasia sells products overpriced and worst is when you receive defective products they stub their stupid policies and give all sorts of excuses Worst is for return shipment they ask you to pay I am such an idiot to order once again after burning my fingers once I am attaching the images of products that are prices 500-600-690 but trust me they are not even worth a 100 bucks

I bought a set of glassware to be delivered as a 10th anniversary gift It all looked very rosy on the website but when the package was delivered the packaging was very inferior and out of 6 2 glasses were broken to bits This just shows they try to sell products creating more margins by inferior packing Have initiated an exchange but never ordering from here

These people are frauds very bad customer service

These people are frauds Nestasia hardly respond they have my package lost and are not responding to any msg or calls I am very disappointed this is the first time I ordered from Nestasia I received partial product very badly packed and then i didnt get the rest of the order and these guys are not at all responding Absolutely terrible

One of the worst services ever They are using the worst delivery partner who harasses the customers tortures them mentally and then these people don t even own up to their responsibility Only one answer they have to give which is please allow us time to solve the issue My foot solve the issue If you can t handle your own responsibilities then don t run a business

Don t fall for their website aesthetics They make you feel like it s a luxury product They deliver very low quality products with poor customer support They don t offer refunds and give you a wallet price That s why their products don t have a review system Do Not fall for this scam company I would love to see this company fall soon and burn down to the ground Scam companies deserve this
