One of the best experiences I ve had with a call-out service My old thermostat had blown up and I d bought a Nest thermostat which I needed installed quickly it was a week before Christmas and my initial thought was that it was going to be a huge hassle to find someone to install it around this time of year However when I went on the website I was extremely impressed at how simple they d made it to book an engineer their pricing is very transparent just a single flat-fee as opposed to complicated quotes and hidden charges like call-out fees etc I made the call the lady on the phone was really professional and we found a slot before Christmas day which I was really happy with When the installation day came around the engineer kept us up to date with when he d be coming and he arrived on time Mike clearly knew his stuff and took about an hour to install our thermostat without any issues He was extremely generous with his advice giving me good tips on where to place our thermostat and what options we had for mounting it even letting us know where to buy a good quality mount for a better price than if we were to include it as part of the installation that day All-in-all not only was I extremely impressed with the smooth service but also so happy with every person I d had contact with in this company Thanks for all your help Nest Pro London
