Product did not work

The two products I purchased did not work One of the products gave me severe migraine headaches When trying to get a refund within the allotted 30 days after 10 days of trying the two products I have been getting the run around from customer service No response for days Further their phone number also is never answered It rings and hangs up This company is a major concern and I will be reporting them to state for further investigation
