DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS IT IS FALSE ADVERTISEMENT I paid 50 for a customized T-shirt and was very descriptive on how and what I wanted it to look like but when it arrived it looked nothing how I expected it the font print was small the details were small and the way they cropped my pictures and arranged them on the shirt was stupid No creative effort whatsoever And to make matters worse I had to contact customer service multiple times to try to send it back it would take days sometimes weeks to hear back so I had to keep on creating new emails a few times out of the month one customer service rep told me to send the shirt back to Hangzhou City Yuhang District Europe and America Financial City underground warehouse peak station Like what kind of address is that but yet a different customer service rep told me they can only settle for giving me 15 back out of the 50 I paid At that point what other choices do I have so long story short do not support this business because they will cheat you out of your money

Got defective product they don t stand behind their guarantee

I purchased a name sign and when the product arrived it was defective A few letters did not engrave properly so I contacted the company immediately They apologized for the defect and offered to send a replacement I was happy with that solution But a replacement never arrived I contacted them a month later to inquire for tracking info and if it had been shipped yet The replied with sorry for the defect we will offer you 5 The sign for me 200 I wrote back and said no thanks I wanted the replacement sign sent that I was promised I then got no response They do not stand behind their guarantee

Poor customer service and last-mile delivery partner Their insurance security fee and refund policy is a scam I ve been trying to receive a refund for my lost parcel for almost a month Customer Care keep giving me the round about If you want customer items try Etsy or local stores instead Do not waste your time and energy

If I can give them negative stars I would I ordered a custom shirt from them with specific instructions What I got was nothing that was advertised This product was time sensitive as I realized they outsource this to China with an impossible number to reach if you even tried I attempted to contact this company - they offered me a re-do but knowing it was time sensitive and I was extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the end product they offered me a 50 reimbursement After agreeing to it they have completely cut me off from communication I have attempted to contact them multiple times via the email they provided I even tried to look for a phone number and address Get this the address they have in the states is known to have SCAM companies there BUYER BEWARE Do not get anything from this site

SCAM alert Won t ship my item or give a refund

After I ordered several of the same item from Modeune all on one order they state that this item is prone to shipping damage and they cannot ship it They suggest can either apply the funds paid to another product or give me a partial refund They are unwilling to refund my order in full
