I bought a new Somfy blind motor from Newblinds to replace one that had become faulty the previous supplier having ceased trading Newblinds treated me as if I were a longtime customer rapid service and delivery ahead of estimate I ll definitely use Newblinds again

Arrived in time in good condition price was fair versus market Simple to install No fitting instructions were provided however customer services reacted immediately which is why I have given 5 stars

Quick delivery but flyscreen engagement poor

Quick delivery and easy fitment of the flyscreens do the job However the catches that retain the flyscreen from the cassette is not positive enough to easily engage resulting in several attempts to engage the latches This issue was resolved quickly by Newblinds and I can confirm they are a first class company to deal with and special thanks to Tim who sorted the issue
