If I could give zero stars I would Since December 2024 we ve had three different case managers none of whom have provided consistent or effective support Phone calls are not returned Despite multiple attempts they still can t get the correct paperwork sent to the Social Security office but our part is correct You would think by the fourth attempt they d have it right I specifically requested a call on Tuesday to be removed from this case and now two days later there s still no call and no resolution They re still trying to fix the issue but at this point it s too late Taking guardianship of a child is stressful enough without having to deal with inefficiency miscommunication and neglect from a legal team that was supposed to help us We reached out for support with Social Security benefits and they completely failed us
