Not a good product
We ve had nothing but problems with this unit Every single time the temperature outside drops we get a warning notification on the unit and the heating system shuts down We ve been told its a sensor issue but nothing has fixed the problem plus we ve been charged for callout and service every single time we ve had the issue Our house is currently cold and we ve had to purchase alternative heating units I ve lost all faith in the product and I m sorry we ever went with Nilan The only positive is that its cheap to run
