Needs improved ability to print core processes

If I could print processes in a friendly format like the accountability chart that would improve the rating by the 2 stars I am deducting Documenting process is a big part of EOS is difficult to implement when using 90io I essentially have to duplicate the effort to record these at the moment

Functional and helpful A little slow and clunky and with some frustrating features

Somewhat intuitive to use Appreciate the dashboard Overall the system performs clunky and simple updates like adding a ToDo or saving a simple comment will have the orange update bar spinning for minutes This is with a high speed fiber network in place for Internet and is a consistent experience across all 9 members of our team across the US We like the 90-minute meeting template and timer but the meeting notes feature is not functional Notes you are typing constantly jump back to the top a very frustrating experience and multiple people cannot work within the notes or other parts of the software during the meeting Ideally all activity and notes would be auto-captured from an L10 but they are not Right now our admin person spends additional time to capture notes that we want reflected in the auto-summary email because the system does not perform this

A website program is only as good as

A website program is only as good as its users We are a rapidly growing company and have actually spit off into 4 different companies Management often deals with the issues from more than 1 business in a meeting and the program does not lend itself to the multiple facets that we need to discuss We know it s designed to keep us on track but I m not sure how to apply it to all of the items that need to be discussed I would think that we should be able to adapt the program to our needs As it is we constantly review the same items over again at each meeting while adding items at each meeting I m not always sure when to interject the information or questions that I have for the team

Great potential

Great potential Ninety io is a good product but there are occasions when it will slow down or we encounter minor bugs The user experience is a little clunky at times It has a lot of potential and I hope to see continuing improvement as we find the tool very helpful for our virtual teams

I really like the platform Ninety io has helped organize and prioritize our team s goals and objectives I would like to see some more versatility out of the Data portion Would be nice to have some more calculations available Ex of Goal Monthly Quarter Yearly vs just green red

Overall it is a helpful organizing and strategic planning tool and we use it with success My one issue is that the To Do list is glitchy The dates have to be constantly refreshed and double checked to get them in chrono order Also after the last revised the pages are shorter which is no big deal but when you go to the next page it sometimes carries over items from previous page I d say one is enough to carry over to know you haven t accidentally gone too far Again overall it works well

We constantly encounter bugs in the software that don t save our information correctly The milestones under rocks don t work intuitively and cause lots of problems especially when dates need to be move I hate being asked to share my location every time I visit the site

Functionality is good performance can be problematic at times

Website interface can be problematic at time with loading wheels during meetings I was not the one leading them The answer every time is clear your cookies but doesn t address the underlying problem When it works it s great when it doesn t it slows meetings down I am sure they will work it out but the sites performance just needs some improvement overall Setting that aside the functionality itself is good when the performance is where it needs to be

Modern but can go further

I like the tool and definitely more modern than other EOS management platforms Gave it a three as it currently doesn t integrate with other collaborative platforms i e Microsoft Teams Slack etc It would be nice to have access there as that is where more work communication is heading

The tool is good from a presentation

The tool is good from a presentation and UI standpoint It is a bit clunky at time when editing some fields But the big issue remains the impossibility to access the data offline namely when traveling
