The tech is a little clumsy and slow

The tech is a little clumsy and slow We still have to use a PM system with Ninety because To-Dos do not function as they do in a PM system like Asana And why is this not in a mobile app Even more clunky in a mobile web browser

Ninety needs to have a Gantt Chart

Ninety needs to have a Gant Chart functionality with milestones and rocks to show progress Just having dates with deadlines is not enough when setting goals

Lagging during videoconference meetings

We use Ninety for our daily standups and weekly L10 meetings We do this by sharing our screen in a video conference The lag time for pages to load when moving from page to page gets long and it interrupts the flow of the meeting

I like the overall landscape of the

I like the overall landscape of the software but there are some definite limitations Having to refresh is a big one for me and not being able to log in to L10 meetings what Only one person can start and be in an L10 Horrible

Overall helpful but needs development

Overall helpful but needs development I would love to be able to see IDS details outside of a L10 meeting Also would love to keep 1 1 details in the same console Sorting headlines by owner would be great

Needs improved ability to print core processes

If I could print processes in a friendly format like the accountability chart that would improve the rating by the 2 stars I am deducting Documenting process is a big part of EOS is difficult to implement when using 90io I essentially have to duplicate the effort to record these at the moment

Functional and helpful A little slow and clunky and with some frustrating features

Somewhat intuitive to use Appreciate the dashboard Overall the system performs clunky and simple updates like adding a ToDo or saving a simple comment will have the orange update bar spinning for minutes This is with a high speed fiber network in place for Internet and is a consistent experience across all 9 members of our team across the US We like the 90-minute meeting template and timer but the meeting notes feature is not functional Notes you are typing constantly jump back to the top a very frustrating experience and multiple people cannot work within the notes or other parts of the software during the meeting Ideally all activity and notes would be auto-captured from an L10 but they are not Right now our admin person spends additional time to capture notes that we want reflected in the auto-summary email because the system does not perform this

A website program is only as good as

A website program is only as good as its users We are a rapidly growing company and have actually spit off into 4 different companies Management often deals with the issues from more than 1 business in a meeting and the program does not lend itself to the multiple facets that we need to discuss We know it s designed to keep us on track but I m not sure how to apply it to all of the items that need to be discussed I would think that we should be able to adapt the program to our needs As it is we constantly review the same items over again at each meeting while adding items at each meeting I m not always sure when to interject the information or questions that I have for the team

Great potential

Great potential Ninety io is a good product but there are occasions when it will slow down or we encounter minor bugs The user experience is a little clunky at times It has a lot of potential and I hope to see continuing improvement as we find the tool very helpful for our virtual teams
