A very unscrupulous garage was treating me very unfairly so even though I really couldn t afford it I didn t want these people to do the same to anyone else I instructed Tom Richardson to investigate them write to them he was very sympathetic to my situation and understood what they were doing and had done to me and he did so with great strong letters just before a barrister was instructed the said garage actually did the work they should have done over a year ago I would recommend this firm to anyone
