My husband purchased a parka fur me at Xmas from the bay Beautiful and warm Unfortunately it has very obvious defects When I contacted the bay they told je to contact the manufacturer There reply is sorry it s been to long and we won t do anything for you Never will I deal with this company again Very nasty customer service

Faulty product and no return

This is the worst brand I had encountered in my life I purchased an item listed in the final sale and the product arrived damaged Although I contacted the brand with photos of the product It has holes and I cannot wear it it was useless While I purchased final sale products from other brands I never encountered this issue of receiving damaged products Sending a damaged product is itself not okay and not replacing refunding it is ridiculous

Good Coat but didn t last

The coat itself is good but it tore along the seam when I opened the pocket and I d only had it for less than a year I contacted their customer support for assistance in getting it fixed Their customer service is abysmal and incredibly unhelpful So probably not worth buying anything you want to last longer than a year

Worst quality and customer experience

I bought this jacket and the qualiy of the jacket was bad It seems its already used and old I asked customer care within 1 day of receiving the jacket to refund the money and provided all the pictures as well they asked they can only give store refund which is unfair as now I dont have enough trust in the service and dont want to waste time to buy things again online for some time In this competetive market this kind of experience from customer care is bad and they are not even replying to the mail It seems they are okay creating revenue like this fraud At least have the decency to reply

Update Noize has offered to take the jacket back Thank you I purchased Noize s Jacob jacket in Feb 3 2022 The jacket upon arrival looked alright there were loose threads here and there and the zipper was funny as has been commented by others As of April 13 2022 less than two months the zipper broke After a little back and forth Noize has offered to take the jacket back Hope the company focuses on quality control i was definitely misled by the reviews

Poor customer service poor zipper quality

I paid around 250 dollars for a winter coat which is the most expensive coat I ve ever purchased unfortunately after 7 months the zipper broke I contacted the customer service they replied just once now I won t hear anything from them and they didn t help me at all My purchase definitely wasn t worth the money I paid for it

Very dispointed

Very dispointed no phone to reach them and not responding to emails Bought a winter jacket they input incomplete address shipment returned to sender and no money back no jackets no phone to call and not responding to the email provided when you place the order never again and is at your own risk Will not recommend Good products but the poorest customer service and management I ever seen unfortunately
