For a mid price 62 in the sale the tactical jacket should be better quality One of the plastic loops inside the front pockets came off and a toggle has come off the front all after one wear The hood is good though as it s not too big and doesn t fall in front of my eyes like most coats of this type

In the summer I purchased through mail order a pair of Northbound water resistant adventure pants all the reviews I could see were very positive so I thought they must be top quality However first time out in the rain they let in the seams weren t water resistant So I got wet and very disappointed with the poor quality I let northbound know who said the pants were water resistant not fully waterproof I replied I only wore them in the rain But because I had bought them in summer and wore them first time in winter when the weather turned cold and wet it was after 60 days so I could not return them Live and learn

Like others have said interaction with customer service is spotty Took 6 weeks to get product - adventure pants and belt Belt is pretty cheap nylon and clasp is too big to fit most belt loops Pants are like others have said can be found from other sites for 45 or 50 dollars and are same The pants aren t very breathable ok for cold days Overall I would recommend looking elsewhere as this is nothing more than slick digital marketing with Chinese drop shipping from a Canadian P O Box

Good trousers in terms of comfort and fit but I wanted waterproof ones Ad says completely water resistant but didn t even withstand light rain Helpline treated me to semantic discussion on waterproof v water resistant If you want waterproof don t buy these trousers

Feel naive that I was sucked in to advertising campaign product is shipped from Canada takes ages to arrive product was huge but customer services tried telling me that it was because it s was measured in inches we have inches here to you know To return would have been at my cost shipping to Canada plus weeks waiting for new product Shame this is all hidden in small print as product actually quite good if you are a giant

The pants are okay but definitely not waterproof as advertised I wrote a detailed review on their website describing the issues and the review was never published That in itself is not cool even if the products were perfect In light of my own review being suppressed and knowing the product I suspect that some of the over-the-top reviews on their site are fake and or paid for

I thought the pants I bought were very good quality but they just didn t fit right for me The item that I purchased was 105 Had I know that my return would be to Canada and it would cost 25 in postage I would not have tried your product

The pants I received stated to have a 28 inch inseam when I ordered them and was the main reason why I ordered them The actual inseam was 30 inches so that would not work for me so I tried to return them There return policy states it is simple but that is not the case All returns have to be sent to Canada which was not stated in their policy when I ordered them Returning to Canada cost 35 but wait they got stuck in customs which was going to cost another 32 so I was going to have to spend 67 to return pants that I paid 100 for plus a 5 restocking fee My pants are not headed back to me I am out 135 dollars and don t have pants that I can wear I recommend not using this company Quick update some how my pants were delivered to the Canadian return facility and the company said they would refund my money waiting for it to hit my credit card I am moving up my rating to 2 from a 1 because the refund policy is still too much money and too difficult The CEO also reached out to me but did not directly address the shipping concerns
