Excellent customer service excellent trousers

I bought a pair of Women s Adventure Water Resistant Pants but stupidly chose the wrong size not noticing that it was US sizes I sent them back an expensive mistake from the UK and was sent the right size with no quibble I m really pleased with them They feel really good quality great pockets nice and fleecy on the inside and they fit perfectly a little long but better than too short Customer services were very helpful

Quality and price

These are great trousers for summer winter Generous size so best go down a size Quality is excellent Due to the quality I have not experienced the returns process however customer service have always answered any queries Pricewise can not be beaten Fully recommend these trousers

My go-to pants for staying active all winter

My husband bought me a pair of their winter pants and I wear them almost every day - walking the dog or snowshoeing on our trails With a pair of thin leggings underneath they provide the perfect layer of warmth for winter activity without the bulk of snowpants I had to return the pair he bought me as they were too small but customer service was super helpful in instructing me how to do so and ensuring that they had my size in stock They even followed up a couple months later to make sure I had received the second pair Highly recommend these pants for anyone looking for warm comfortable and durable gear

My goto pants

This my third pair of Explorer Summer pants blue which I received just now I am 5 8 1 75 m and weight 180 lb 82 kgs The size 36 30 fits me perfectly It is very comfortable not too tight not too loose and very flexible I like the touch of the material Wear these three pairs in alternate all the time and almost all year round here in BC with boxer brief in the summer light tights late spring early fall and heavy tights early spring late fall in winter I wear the Adventure pants I do highly recommend these Explorer Summer Pants and the excellent service received from NorthboundGear

Bought the Apex Waterproof Jacket for my father Love its vibrant color Fit is as should be It is light weight in hand yet has the warm retaining heat inside that will be great for our harsh winters Glad we found this Will be buying the female version for partner

I ordered a pair of the women s water resistant hiking pants for both my sister and myself and they turned out great The shipping time took a bit longer then expected but it was worth the wait The pants are warm waterproof comfortable and very flattering to boot Perfect for outdoor work and winter hiking They also come with a nice adjustable belt

Practically live in these trousers

I purchased a pair of trousers from your website after seeing them advertised on a social media platform I live in the UK Scotland to be precise and I work outside and also do a lot of hill climbing I wear the trousers for both of these and have found them to be super comfortable extra warm and they also look good on too Iv just ordered my second pair and will purchase other items from your website also Iv raved about them to my friends as they are literally the most robust yet comfortable trousers Iv had on my legs It s also a big plus that they are reasonably priced

Excellent quality great fit and wonderful customer service

I purchased 2 pairs of pants from Northbound Their customer service responses were super fast and helpful They were shipped in a timely manner with great tracking on shipments The pants are absolutely fantastic They are super comfortable and warm and appear to be of excellent quality I am a 5 10 slender woman so it is next to impossible to find sizing that works for me but their sizing is perfect Really hoping they will expand their product line for women so I can continue to complete my hiking wardrobe Excited to see more

Past my expectations

I am now a veteran when it comes to ordering from northbound gear Making four separate orders starting with the winter adventure pants these are very comfortable great quality and just as they are advertised warm and waterproof My second order was the waterproof socks I have been wearing sealskinz for 15 years and the north bound gear socks i find softer and more comfortable My third order was the tactical jacket and the fourth was the jeans I spend a lot of time outside in bad weather and north bound gear helps be outside for longer in all weathers The delivery to the uk from Canada takes about 10 days but these are worth the wait
