I ve bought the Adventure Trousers Tactical Jacket and Gloves from Northbound and to be fair I love them all I even ordered a second pair of trousers but grey instead of black and this is where I encountered some problems They sent me another black pair instead of grey An email to customer service with a photo was sent Immediate reply saying our mistake keep the trousers and we ll send you a new grey pair for free Wow I was so impressed until I got an email from the warehouse team claiming the pair they sent were indeed grey Another email sent with a photo of my original black pair and the supposedly grey pair showing them to be identical I e Black More correspondence Email received after Christmas giving me a Tracking number for the replacement trousers Nothing turned Another chasing email Reply received saying they had been delivered and advice about how to chase for non delivery with the Post Office etc Curt response sent doubting the integrity of they re emails and giving them until the end of January to deliver otherwise I d have to resort to a negative review on Trustpilot and social media In response I was given a new tracking number and within a week a replacement pair of trousers arrived trouble is they are black whereas the outer packaging stated Grey Hey ho I give up now There s clearly an issue at Northbound Gear about the difference between Black and Grey Having said that I love they re adventure trousers Comfortable and warm Ideal for my long walks and for playing golf in the wintertime it s just my dealings with customer service and the warehouse team in particular have been a bit weird and convoluted and quite comical

Ordering easy Sizing accurate Delivery was delayed for reasons beyond everyone s control Excellent product with attention to detail Very very happy with my purchases Next up Summer pants

The product was awesome but there was anissue with shipping and it took over 6 weeks to receive my order It would be a 5 if the shipping had been timely My husband is ordering another 2 pair of the pants

Quick responses to my emails with good information

Ordered a pair of adventure pants on the Black Friday sale Took awhile to get them but after two hikes in the woods I am impressed Temperature ranged from 0 to -9 both days and were comfortable in them

Initially I had a problem with the order I think that having to tap my card details in a second time resulted in the selected size of the item being reset which I didn t notice until the confirmation email arrived I thought the issue had been resolved via the chat function but the wrong item arrived which was disappointing since it was a Christmas present and we live in the UK so postage takes a while But the guys rectified the issue and sent the correct item which arrived on the 24th and all was well There seems to be a small disconnect between warehouse and office but the point is that the guys solved the problem and did so in good time I will add that we ve not tried the gear yet but the quality seems excellent and I m pleased with what we have the price and above all the service Thank-you - much appreciated

Delivery took a little longer than anticipated but very pleased with the quality and fit of the trousers We assumed the trousers would be made in Canada however they were made in a China which is a shame - although the product is very good quality and we are pleased with the purchase Trousers fit true to size and are well made

Definitely 5 stars for quality They are super comfortable kept me warm in -20 Windchill The snow does not even stick to these pants Reason for 4 stars is that it took 18 business days to arrive Everything else I ordered online during the holidays took 2-5 business day However worth the wait and my next purchase will be those socks Cheers

Ordered 4 12 no delivery to date I have contacted customer service by email no reply to date Currently my thinking is that these guys are a scam will be requesting full refund via my bank Edited to add - Goods subsequently received on 18 December in good order It s a shame the delivery times and tracking systems are such that they give rise for concern I have fed this back to the company hopefully this will take this on board I no longer consider them to be a scam and have upgraded my score from 1 to 4 star fifth star reserved due to stressful process

Retraction - Finally got the pants - too late for my son s birthday and had to spend another 25 to ship it BUT he absolutely loves the pants and I am grateful for that 4 stars ONLY because of the length of time it took we live in an Amazon world now and 20 days is a lot and the poor tracking but NOT a fake company and they have a great product
