Exactly what I want from an online vendor

I ordered for Northboundgear hiking pants and they are fantastic I got offered a great deal as I was completing my online order so I ended up ordering 2 pairs for my friends The order went out just as December winter storms plunged the postal system into chaos Despite my package being held up in the mail the Northboundgear team made every effort to track it then promptly sent out a new order Fantastic customer service and a focus on integrity and sustainability in business The very best of BC business values - support small business with a conscience

Fantastic quality super comfy

We ordered a pair of Adventure Pants for our son earlier in the year for his Outdoor adventure Instructor course were impressed with the quality so ordered for ourselves We live in the UK tracking wasn t great so when I contacted the seller they responded quickly were re-assuring Our trousers arrived in approx 3 weeks they are great really thick warm I ve never ordered USA female sizing before but went by the waist hip measurements the size chart was accurate they fit me perfectly I also have a 33 inside leg so was delighted they do a tall version for ladies quite rare The trousers are stretchy super comfy well worth the money for our Iceland trip winter walks in the UK My husband is also happy with his Thank you

I love these pants

I love these pants Fit true to size incredibly comfy warm and water resistant I wore these throughout Norway where temps were cold and rainy LOVE them so much I m buying a second pair

Bought the womens adventure water

Bought the womens adventure water resistant pants for my daughter She works with horses and had said her pants get splashed with water She lost heat the day they arrived she wore them to bed then worked in them the next day She said they kept her warm fit was perfect they were made to last and are her new favorite with several exclamation points and she LOVES them So I am buying again since her others have taken second place As well this panicked mother made an error on my purchase and they provided a direct communication line to resolve the issue

Great seller

The quality of their clothing is excellent well made and the fit is great One item was returned since I put the wrong size in the order and the replacement was delivered in reasonable time I also appreciate that they kept in touch with me regarding the orders Prices were excellant The winter outdoor pants are nice and warm with plenty of belt loops Would not hesitate to order from them again

Ladies Adventure Pant

I have seen the advertisement many times so finally decided to order a pair if Adventure pairs So thrilled when they arrived fit me perfectly Worn them out once on a really cold day here in Newfoundland we get below 0 Temps on a regular basis winter time They are so warm and comfortable very pleased with the product and will order again fir sure

Great product and service

We love our Northbound gear - my husband and I wear our Adventure pants every day for xc skiing and they are amazingly warm in our harsh winters and very waterproof Thank you for the new summer hoodies just arrived - an excellent summer camping cover with great sun protection An all around great product and btw their customer service is beyond any I have experienced in a long time

Amazing Customer Service and Product

The Northbound Customer Service Team is amazing I wrote an email with questions about my recent purchase and about other products they offer Alex got back to me right away with comments and answers to my questions I bought the women s Adventure pants they are super comfortable and warm they are not bulky or restrictive With the cold weather we ve been having I have still been able to get outside and have staying warm and dry Awesome feature about the pants my dog s hair doesn t stick to the fabric Thanks for designing such a great product for our Canadian winters Dianne

Great Value Quality Trousers

What Northboundgear impressed me with was a quality product beyond expectations for a fair price The Trousers I originally had in Green then Wanted a second pair in Black as they are so durable warm and comfortable
