They took ages to dispatch ordered on a Wednesday and DPD still didn t have my parcel on the following Wednesday 1 week to dispatch my package to the delivery company is not good enough Delivery isn t even free as well

Efficient and with good stock - but I am afraid I think they are misleading customers as Creed 100ml is 295 whereas they are listing it at 396 with 6 discount to 362 and this makes me wonder what other products they are doing this with

Overall my experience shopping with notino was good delivery and products was as expected however they advertised a free perfume sample set if you spent over 45 I wasn t going to spend this much but fancied trying the perfumes As soon as I placed my order they sent me an email saying the free gift set had been cancelled I wasn t best please with this If you don t have the free samples available anymore you need to take this advertisement off your site or send the gift at a later date when in stock this experience has put me off ordering products from your site again as it is false advertising

I liked how easy it was to find the product and the price offered I did not like the fact you were not upfront about delivery costs - told me a total price and then landed delivery charges without warning when I was about to pay Not impressive

"A good retailer but compare their prices before buying"
This is on the whole a very good and trustworthy retailer They do however have the odd eccentricity such as the sudden and dramatic rising and falling of prices An example recently was a fragrance whose RRP is 55 Notino offered it for an excellent 23 plus p p - easily the cheapest around Two days later however the price went up to an outrageous 84 40 I know there are sales but this is ridiculous No doubt it will soon go back down but it shows how you need to check on the price history before taking the plunge with some products One other thing it would be nice if they gave the odd sample with purchases Samples shift more stock People are more likely to try and buy if they get a sample It s a good idea then to send them out and not be quite so stingy
