"No response from customer service in 2 months"
My perfume arrived speedily but the nozzle is faulty and the perfume doesn t spray in a fine mist short bursts like it usually does it gets slightly jammed and leaks out the bottom of the nozzle which is wasting the 150 perfume I reached out with my issue and got a response from my initial email promising help but since then I ve followed up 4 times and haven t had a single response or acknowledgement 150 is not a cheap perfume it s my favourite and I m stuck with it leaking everywhere when I try to spray it - huge waste of money and product Won t be ordering from here again

"Order was easy Delivery was a total mess "
Order was easy that were sadly it went down hill Posted out delivery was not great said they were sorry they had missed me Im sadly pretty much house bound after an illness over the last few weeks Contacted Notino via email was told the parcel needed to be collected from a local branch of Blacks tried to explain I was unable to collect the parcel asked for it to delivered back to me or please refund me Was told they would not refund until the parcel was returned Had to get my sister to travel 18 miles round trip to pick it up for me Not the most helpful of customer service

"Once was enough"
Ordered on 18 11 order remained preparing for dispatch or similar until 23 11 when suddenly one item was unavailable got cancelled and refunded Finally Sunday 26 11 email announcing dispatch Monday 27 11 email apologising for delivery delay Considering their T C state orders packed and dispatch 1-2 days delivery within 3-4 we are well over And the order has not even been passed to the couriers They are not at fault there s a delay it s not their fault they can t delivery they have not received yet Even the tracking information is incorrect Not holding much hope it will arrive this week If anyone asks me if I bought at Notino I ll tell them twice - the first and last time

"Courier was useless And cashback issues "
Courier was useless Missed delivery 2 times and left a picture of my communal front door as proof Didn t even bother knocking Also Notino refused to pay any cashback through top cashback even though I have proof the item tracked through them Not a good experience of the company and won t use again They need to change courier and actually honour cashback claims

I ordered 5 individual eyeshadows which were packaged loose in a large cardboard box On arrival 3 of the shadows were ruined and in pieces Not surprising with them rattling around in a box when going through the delivery process Two emails to customer services has yet to yield a response so I m not holding my breath I m just glad they weren t high value items but it s the principle I think with this company if it all goes well then fine but if it doesn t then you re goosed

I placed an order for over 189 and the NOTINO site says special price discount for orders over 120 I spoke with someone who requested me to leave a note at checkout and the postage would be refunded After leaving the note still they charged the full price Since I wanted to place another order today 4 7 23 I called today the person was very rude and said I don t know with whom you spoke you should have kept a nite when ordering to wave off postage if your order is over 120 If the order is over 120 why should the customer have to request for a refund and get told off you have not requested NOTINO should not charge for postage if the order is over 120 Clever way to show an offer and di away with the offer blaming the customer

"Would not buy again"
Thought I was getting a good deal Bought two Lancaster Aftersun Tan Maximizer Was cheaper than usual I know why now it s either out of date or they have emptied the contents and put another cream in the bottles it s not the same colour or smell Have been using this product for years so I know the product Wish I read the reviews first Also wasn t in when DPD delivered had murder trying to get it redelivered with a stupid PIN code Lesson learnt cheaper is not always better

"Waist of time"
Waist of time Customer service lies that parcel has been lost by DPD but in fact the item hasn t been even dispatched DPD was booked twice but still awaiting for the parcel Three days ago they said the item was dispatched but DPD hasn t received it yet If not delivered within this week I will cancel the order and claim refund After all I considered to add 1 star as the item has finally been delivered and it is OK

"Be careful buying Mancera perfumes here "
I ve previously ordered a Mancera EdP from Notino and been more than pleased with both the ordering the product The Silver Blue perfume was long lasting exactly as it should be This time however I was very disappointed in the product outcome of my customer service experience I ordered Mancera Red Tobacco having just tried a sample I bought elsewhere The plastic packaging was unsealed the perfume wasn t right - definitely not punchy long lasting as Mancera perfumes are especially Red Tobacco They insist it isn t a fake but this time I m not convinced as the scent definitely isn t as it should be I should have read the last review on their website also saying it had no longevity implying it was fake I was hoping to return it for a refund but although the assistant was polite helpful somehow the end result is I ve lost out - looks like I have to fill in a ridiculous long winded form pay postage Not the best experience sadly it s the last time I d use Notino would tell others to steer clear
