Sent wrong product Emailed them took a couple of days to reply stating they would find out where my missing product was Emailed them back asking where I had mentioned a missing product 4 days later and still nothing I don t have time to keep chasing people put in a claim to bank

Ordered products on the 29 02 today on the 6 03 got a notification in the morning about 2 hours ahead of the delivery As I work I was unable to be at home at such short notice Delivery driver decided then to drop off my parcel to a random store in a town about 14 miles away Called Notino they offered to resend the parcel to me once they receive it back so that s another week of waiting at least I have requested a refund and ordered the same product from Amazon delivery tomorrow- should ve done that straight away The reason I ve ordered from Notino was the lower price However lower price is irrelevant if the goods can t be delivered The customer service should have offered to resend the product today with the next day delivery rather than asking me to wait for another week or longer Pooor poor customer service No Notino for me anymore

First bad experience I ve bought from Notino many times and been a loyal customer I had bought a ABH brow pomade and it came dry and cracked I emailed them with a photo I got a response that showed they didn t even read my email asking for a photo and details I had already provided I ve since sent many follow up emails that have been very intentionally ignored

"SMELLS LIKE A CHEAP FAKE"
Ordered flowerbomb with body lotion I use this almost everyday so I know this perfume very well Item arrived in box well packaged However its not genuine as far as I can tell Definitely watered down and the body lotions are awful Nothing at all like flowerbomb

Disgusting customer service Received what I did not order and over 10 days that I m trying to sort I have emailed you several times You asked me to send a video I did got no reply I called you 3 times last Saturday Joe told me that they could not watch the video asked me to send it in another format I have explained that I took the video with my smartphone unable to change the format Joe assured me he was going to sort it he DISAPPEARED NEVER HEARD BACK FROM HIM Have been emailing another four times since Saturday with only one reply AGAIN the video cannot be seen I explained again and asked if they could give me a WhatsApp number to send the video to NO REPLY I then emailed my disappointment I have ordered many times in the past and I have NEVER raised a complaint why don t you believe me I have paid for something I did not order Notino figure out your customer care agents I m sure there are more professional people that could be hired

Avoid this company by all means They sell fakes and watered down versions of original perfumes I bought the Givenchy Gentleman Reserve Priv e EDP for my husband it came in the box sealed and looked very original However on unboxing it opens up opposite to the way original boxes of perfumes open up and the smell was beyond disappointing You only smell it for the first 5mins you sprayed after that it s gone This is as an aftershave that s meant to have beast mode projection and silage Please do not buy from this company Apparently they have the license to do this sell watered down versions of perfumes so you purchase at your own risk AVOID THEM

"Sent wrong items no resolution"
Ordered two candles from Notino the incorrect candles were sent in error Notino require much more evidence than you expect ie if you throw away the box it was delivered in they do not offer the refund even if you can show them the incorrect products Fortunately it was still in the recycling bin sent photos and after multiple emails they admitted it was their issue They do not pay for returns labels in any circumstance but will refund the postage once they have recieved the items My items got lost by Royal Mail and now Notino will not offer any refund Terrible service would never use this company again

Really bad experience with this company I ordered a few times because prices are lower than most places Had mixed experiences before but most of times things were put right at the end Last oder was placed for a purfume that I bought as a gift It has arrived opened with wrapping on the perfume all ripped I requested an exchange for an unopened item in new condition customer service were absolute rubbish After numerous calls and emails from me only option they offered was for me so send it back to them at my own expense to get a refund or that they will give me 4 credit and I keep the item I find it absolutely unacceptable please stay away from ordering from Notino

Hi All I m giving notino 1 because 0 or negative is not available Please be aware about this company They may offer good discounts for some products but no quality control whatsoever My order for over 400 and I ve received faulty product It was designer perfume manufacturing fault- no spray atomizer- no chance to use it After so many emails wasted time they treated me as I m guilty this No refund for cost of postage they even deducted money for whatever reason Joke I already closed my account and requested to delete my personal information Disappointed I d rather pay fee quid more and got a real quality then give those attitude people any money No more shopping with them
