Novaa Light Pad
I purchased the Novaa Light Pad to see if it would help with pain I was having after an actupuncture treatment where they placed one of the needles too close to a nerve which caused sever pain in my knee that ran up into my hip The pain was so bad in my knee area I couldn t sleep I have to admit I wasn t sure it would help but I was pleased after just the first use I wrapped it around my knee set the timer for 30 mins minutes and when it was finished the pain was substantially reduced and I was able to sleep that night without my knee trobbing with pain I am so happy I purchased this and will continue to use it

MUST HAVE
We have 2 Novaalab pads that are always in use with our 2 student athletes who know these speed their recovery We will never be without them The customer service is excellent shipping is quick We ve referred so many people to this brand and everyone is happy with their purchase

Novaalab was responsive regarding replacing a failed USB power cable They mistakenly shipped a wrong cable but upon my email inquiry about the error they responded quickly and are re-shipping the correct part Thanks
