Superb communication I wanted to know if the two variants of the SSQ22 where different products or the same product with different parts Thanks to Leonhard from Customer Support Team I was able to make my decision very fast After I got age verified by Laura from Customer Support Team I asked if it was possible to make the order ship the same day and a few minutes later BOOM Order was already processing Never had such an amazing buying experience before Thumbs up for these 2 amazing Customer Support professionals

I can not really complain Ordered multiple things and weapons Only with first order it took 3 days to ship even after receiving tracking information everything else was smooth Contacted support multiple times with simple questions and got answer reasonably quickly Recently I contacted support due to issue with my rifle After sending videos I got directly offered to send in the gun for repair I asked if I can replace damaged part myself as it will be easier for me than to pack and ship the rifle and got positive answer and new ETU was sent to me I am a happy customer

Good team and good customer service

Bought the anti-fog unit and large goggles they arrived within 5 days but unfortunately the goggles had a smidge of sticky glue on them which intern damaged the anti-fog layer on the interior of the goggles Factory issues I contacted the Novritsch team and within half a day I had a response via email that they d be sending me a replacement pair and an apology for the inconvenience which was appreciated Overall I ve bought a good amount of items from them and everything has been perfectly fine and worked without issues as they should

I had some problem with my order the fact that I d didn t ship out in time novritch support where well giving by refund the money I payed for shipping with the choice for a coupon or bank deposit Thay also gave me constant updates about where my package now was wich is great That where cind fast verry helpful the product is great to

Top Customer Service and products Had some issues with the express delivery and the support team credited me amount that I ve overpaid Also the 25 years warranty are awesome as my piston sear spring broke I reached out to them and they replaced it in no time even giving me option on how tho fix the issue In the end they send me the replacement spring with 3 extra springs

Very understanding and helpful customer support a gun part of mine was broken sends a message to Novritsch and a couple of days later the part kit was on my doorstep Only one message was extended for me to receive a new kit Incredibly impressive
