Such a great and compassionate help

I got treatment from Carmen after she had previously been an immense help for another family member For this reason and after unclear answers from the GP we turned to her for help due to weight loss absent periods Carmen has the skill to work with the whole body picture with detailed diagnostic lab tests and empathetic consultations she designed a nutritional supplement programme to heal Gut Dysbiosis with a backdrop of my specific underlying health needs Carmen s dietary advice and supplement programme to detoxify and rebalance the gut and hormones and to help manage stress helped majorly Within around three months whilst following the Nutritional Diets programme my periods returned and skin hair weight back to good health I have confidence in Carmen s continued support and adaptations to the programme as healing takes place and I am very grateful for all her support

Gut IBD Problems Massivley Helped

After working for decades with various Nutitionists and previously alternative practitioners it is a massive relief to have FINALLY got some positive outcome from my ongoing IBD symptoms while working with Carmen When my problem started in the late 80 s from taking Tetracycline which massively disrupted by gut bacteria it kicked off a period of decades long gut irritation inflammation From Anti Candida treatment to various Dysbiosis treatments and DNA analysis eg a genetic problem breaking down alcohol as well as Gluten I ve been able to achieve a reasonable level of control but Carmen was able to patiently review ideas with me and we now have a very stable level of health helped FINALLY by finding gut supplements like digestive enzymes to help me absorb nutirents properly as well as heal the gut Thank you so much Carmen
