Great quality flooring fantastic delivery service

I came on Trust Pilot after a terrible experience with a flooring competitor who let me down on the day of delivery Agnes at OFD rescued me - we found a suitable alternative on the day and delivery made within two hours I live near their head office She was pleasant to deal with worked around my requests and budget and was utterly professional throughout The quality of engineered wood is also incredible for the price

Couldn t recommend this company more all the staff are so nice happy and helpful nothing was a bother I appreciated that they phoned me so I could pick a delivery day and if you call them on the day they will give you the estimated time of delivery I had a small issue where a couple of packs of flooring were damaged on delivery but all I had to do was email a couple of pictures and I received a refund into my bank account the same day I ve been renovating a full house so dealt with a lot of companies recently and by far this is the best service I ve had Thanks to everyone Nicola

Visited oak flooring direct to purchase new flooring for our new home Katie was very helpful and friendly and very knowledgable about the products they sold She also had amazing nails We were unsure of what colour flooring we wanted so Katie supplied a couple of samples to take home which helped immensely We felt like we were treated very well throughout and were happy with the advise given The price was extremely competitive and overall we feel our new flooring is amazing value for money A big thanks to Katie and Oak Flooring

A really positive experience from start to finish Organised a trip to view the doors and Mark couldnt be more helpful We were instantly impressed with the quality of the workmanship and also the door furniture Delivery arrived bang on time and Amanda was in constant touch making sure everything went smoothly Amanda even recommended a carpenter Andy who has done a first class job and we couldnt be happier with the final product and the whole experience
