Very helpful staff answering all my questions and showing me where items were located in the store that I needed to buy

Very friendly employees

I was looking for a product that is not available in Belgium It was available on OBI site but unfortunatelly not deliverable to Belgium I decided tu use the reservation and pick-up procedure It was very easy and efficient I got excellent staff support the product I was looking for in a short term and at a competitive price I am very satisfied

I use the pick up option quite often since I live within the 15-minute walking distance from an OBI store Never had any problems plus the pickup time has improved recently Last time I was able to pick up my order just about half an hour after placing it online
