Turtle Necklace

I ordered a turtle necklace took a long time to arrive 7-8 weeks - but we are in the middle of a pandemic and I live in Australiareceived a Can you please review your purchase before the necklace actually arrived but it was here a couple f days later My daughter liked the necklace when it finally arrived

Necklace So pretty

Despite delayed arrival ordered the turtle necklace and it was so great Ordered December 17 and received item January 2 Was supposed to be a Christmas gift but became a late Christmas gift which is completely fine Emailed the company regarding my order because I did not receive tracking and they updated me very quickly and promptly

Distributions issues

The quality is what I expected I received the ring within a few weeks but the other two items did not show up although the order said all items were delivered I contacted support and they got the other two items the shark and the turtle to me before Christmas It looks like a lot of people have had issues with receiving all of their items If they want to receive better ratings they need to fix their distribution issues

I ordered the turtle necklace for each of my daughter s ages 10 and 13 and they absolutely loved it They thought it was pretty cool to be able to see where Queen and Shelly are and have both raved about it to friends It d be nice if the QR came on a post card with a picture of the turtle cuz they wanted to hang something on their wall but overall i am very happy with the purchase and might get myself a dolphin or shark

Overall Satisfied

Ordered the turtle necklace for my mom for Mother s Day back in April Only received the order yesterday 30 June and I paid for express shipping so I was a little frustrated with the time period of delivery Besides the delay the product is really great My mom loves it and I can see the quality is amazing Overall I am a satisfied customer and will purchase again - just with a 3 month lead time

Worth the wait very cute

A little delay but worth waiting for

Though initially I wasn t very sure if I would receive the order at all apparently there was a delay over the holiday period when I did get the turtle necklace it was beautiful The communication was also excellent and my granddaughter is now very happy with her necklace

Ordering was quite easy

Ordering was quite easy The item was exactly what I wanted The problem came in once I got the tracking info It NEVER worked I had to find my own way of finding out where my item was Every time I tried to track with the link you sent to me all I got a screen that said Bad Actor I replied to the email you sent me but never got an answer from you That being said I would still order more merchandise from your site Once you get the tracking figured out I would give a 5 star rating
