I ordered these on November 29 and they

My Mom bought these for my kids and my niece for Christmas3 shark necklaces1 shark braceletThey came with 1 code for 1 shark we assumed each kid would be getting there very own shark to watch The code on the paper is next to impossible to scan too So far we are not happy hopefully someone can make it fun for my kids

DOES NOT benefit turtles

I ordered these on November 29 and they finally came in the mail on December 23 I don t have a problem with the delay in shipping because I knew it would be like this because of the Covid I do however have an issue with the shark trackers you sent me have not been updated since 2010 and 2014 My children are not excited about this please tell me how to get a refund for all three items We already went out and purchased them another gift Order 77890

Very poor customer service

Received my turtle necklace in timely manner it is beautiful HOWEVER when I track my turtle there is a link at the top that explains that oceanproject is a scam That the tracking is free to the public and that the turtles receive no benefit from ocean project So beautiful necklace but I don t have the heart to tell my daughter that we aren t helping a turtle

I finally received my shark necklace

Order was slow to ship and incomplete when received I have emailed four times and have not gotten a response Phone number is a useless recording loop that eventually disconnects I did email Lisa oceanproject today so my review could change if I get a positive response The necklaces I received were decent but half of them came without a tracking card which was the main reason I purchased them

I have ordered 2 whale bracelets

I finally received my shark necklace which I m giving to my grandson for his birthday next week I received no information on how to track my shark I ve left several messages and texts and even tried to call but you re not receiving calls due to covid How do I get that tracking information I really want for my grandson to be able to do so Thank you Christine

Great product lacking in customer service

I have ordered 2 whale bracelets and as for now severl days later i have not recieved a working tracking number for my package USPS doesn t recognise it and any other form of follow up from the company Reading other customer reviews the project as well as the company itself seem to be highly suspicious I will keep you informed of my experience in the following days hopping that i am actually highly mistaken on my bad feeling

Still have not received my order

Although I love the products - purchased several times I am having trouble with customer service I have been shored a whale card I have emailed several times got one response back asking which cards I did receive and then heard nothing back I ve even called 3 days ago and was told someone was going to call me back within 12 hours It did not happen Still shorted one whale card and was giving as a graduation gift

Dolphin bracelet

Finally after 2 months received my bracelet It is very nice but it would have been nice if you mentioned it was for kids I m not a big person by any means and I can t even get it over my wrist with it undone

Don t recommend

Customer service takes forever to reply item took weeks to ship No tracking possible The bracelet is super cheap and comes from wish

I was supposed to be able to track my adult Female Loggerhead-Rocky but she is not listed for me to follow Really disappointed
