I got everything as advertized and for a while I could track my animals bought a shark and killer whale bracelet But now the links are dead and i can t find the page anymore Seems like it all was a short term scam

Can t stress enough how much to NOT buy from this company If you actually read the reviews all the positive ones are written by them the negative ones are genuine customers Myself my mum ordered from here back in November we still haven t received anything The tracking number doesn t work on any system except their own strange one they have set up to make it seem like they ve sent something the support team ignore your emails or reply with things that don t even make sense as if copied from google translate I saw this advertised on Facebook and have reported it on everything possible but people seem to be falling for this scam so please do not purchase from here EDIT Since writing this review the company have sent the items which arrived in a few days and provided a full refund It s a shame it took a review for this to happen and it arrived after Christmas meaning people were left without presents and I can see other people have not received the same service The necklace itself is good quality and the tracking for the animal works too I d say to purchase with caution and in sufficient time before you need it if you do decide to purchase

Twice you got my order wrong I paid for 3 turtles and receive 1 I complained that I only got 1 you promised to send the other 2 but you only sent another 1 instead of 2Then to top it all I had to pay 10 custom duty Im still waiting for the 3rd 1 Veronica Moss

I m still waiting for my order that I ordered in November I have spoken to customer service and they have resent the item but I ve still not received it The post office said the company put the wrong address on the item I do really want this item as it s a gift for a friend But I may have to ask for a refund and go to a different company

Purchase is not yet delivered Given that it was supposed to be a birthday gift for last week this is a big disappointment Furthermore no review on the product itself can be given

My Husband purchased the Mako Shark necklace aka Blu the Loggerhead turtle necklace aka Justine and the Dolphin aka Flipper He did this for me just out of the blue for no special reason other than he knew how much I love marine life I was able to track them for about a month and then all I keep getting is host error message when I try to track them Such a letdown I just don t have a heart to tell him that he was scammed when he asks if I have checked on them lately I seriously wish that this was real and that I was able to leave a five star rating BUT I m only leaving a 2 star rating because the necklaces are pretty And the fact that my husband is not a romantic guy and usually does not think out of the box like this at all so he really put some thought into it and I hate to hurt his feelings by letting him know that he was scammed so badly I m SERIOUSLY brokenhearted that you have scammed so many people especially the children that got these items as gifts

Have not received items I ordered and have not received a notice that they have shipped I have sent multiple emails with no response

When I got them I thought you could track your animal Not so much very disappointed
