I ordered the neckles for my GF Received info that items is delivered however nothing was delivered Sent couple of emails to customer support no response 30 day money back guarantee Should be noted that I live in Spain Maybe in US shipping is less of a problem UPDATE - 20 January 2022After countless of the attempts to contact customer support I finally got response and finally got the product 2 months later Neckless is beautiful and my GF loves it Sad that we had such problems receiving it Therfore I change from 1 star to 3 stars

I have removed my original review as I have received my order although it did take 4 weeks to arrive xmas eve It s frustrating as many reviews seem to follow a pattern here ie poor tracking and deliveries saying they have been sent when tracking says otherwise I suggest using a more reputable source of delivery as I get delivery s from the US within 5 days for work Thank you and happy new year

ive had my necklace as a gift for quite a while now and loved it i used to track my turtle almost every day a few months ago my link stopped working i could not find contact details for your company so im praying someone will see this and will be able to contact me

The three sets of earrings are nice My issue is 2 days after I ordered 3 sets of earrings you all announced an buy 3 get 2 free sale My order had not even shipped yet I feel I should have been contacted and included in this offer

The products I received last time I ordered were beautiful and I am hoping the new products I have ordered will have the same quality Unfortunately the same cannot be said for the customer service I have sent an email regarding my new order as I have still not received any communication that my order has even been sent I am still waiting for a reply from my email I was hoping to receive the new products to give as gifts for Christmas Please put your order in months in advance to make sure you receive the products in time
