I discovered this site with the hololive goodies and one year after my first purchase the clothes have not moved the colour is always as bright and the size remains unchanged small defect the first wash some product bleed a little not to be mixed with white just be careful with the size before ordering because the site puts the size S by default when you reload the page

Overrall good company but certain merchandise pieces could be better
The delivery experience has been well as well as the customer service I dont reach out to them too much but if I have any questions the response is relatively within the same or next day The deliveries dont take too long I dont order too much though mainly 1-2 pieces and im not too far away from where Omocat and company reside not to the point where it would take a month or more for merch to get sent to meMy only critique is the upcharging upselling of their merchandise I have 2 hoodies from them and 1 tshirt the tshirt is great quality for the price so I can understand my value put into the Tshirt at least knowing it can sustain me for a longer time My bang dream collab hoodie is a very nice and soft material I imagine since it was an 80 cotton 20 polyester blend it makes for a nice feel My other hoodie I realized is a 50 cotton and 50 polyester and being a consumer I could also recognize this hoodie was a Gildan hoodie My issue lies within upcharging a Gildan hoodie where its maybe about 10-25 dollars to purchase it and then proceeding to sell it for anywhere roughly between 60-100 dollars Now I understand the higher prices is to sustain yourself as a company and for the workers and the general environment also to make a living but I would much rather pay between these prices of 60-100 dollars for a higher quality hoodie Im still keeping my 50 50 blend hoodie because i love the design on it and its somewhat comfy though gildan cotton can be a bit rough I just wish for Omocat and company to see this review and take it into critique again im all for the price range of these pieces of clothing just make the clothing pieces better quality and itll make sense for that price range

Stuck giving a 1 cause a 0 isn t an option This is a scam company that collaborates with companies like Pok mon and Hololive to scam fans out of their money They don t ship out your orders and will not try to give you your orders when questioned Even getting a reply from this company is almost impossible At a moments notice you ll be ignored and be forced to restart the contact process all over again leading to an endless cycle This company needs to be reported to be reported to the BBB and Federal Trade Commission What they are doing to people is disgusting and evil Seeing some of these recent reviews betting added I need to also state that the company held onto my merch which was the hololive merch and proceeded to lie to me saying the items were sent when in actuality they never gave the package to FedEx This was confirmed with a simple phone call to FedEx Later omocat stated one of my items that I ordered within the first 2 minutes of release was sold out and I wouldn t be able to receive that item Meanwhile one quick look at Twitter will show you influencers were give the jacket in question After 2 hours of waiting I gave up and asked for a refund on the jacket to just to just have the other items shipped but with this already being a shady company they canceled my entire order and now flood me with emails Do not listen to people that post that they got one random item from the store and had a good experience I ve ordered other items from them and sure I ve received the item but the item was damaged and never replaced when emailed Omocat just stopped contacting back

No response expensive shipping no shirt
Horrible customer service with no notice of delays except on twitter which not everyone uses I ve sent three emails in the span of 1 month with no response about my shirt purchase in March Claiming production delays is unacceptable when you sent a bulk order to a physical store in Japan Claiming shipping delays when those of us who preordered in March are still waiting while those who ordered in in May received their order is unacceptable The shipping is overpriced Their launch of the game on kickstarter was just as disorganized and terrible as this clothing preorder distribution The store and its owner know the popularity and fandom of this game They should ve gotten more staff and a new organization workflow after the first disaster on kickstarter If I get my money back or the shirt I ordered I can t support this artist anymore if they can t even have decent customer support I would be more lenient if this was a one-person operation but this is an established team that created and supported an entire game Kickstarter I understand covid and production can cause issues but your lack of responses have been terrible

Unresponsive Company Awful Shipping
I placed an order with them and paid for the expedited shipping so that I would have it in time for a gift The expedited shipping was a guarantee to arrive by a certain date Well the date rolled around and it still hadn t shipped yet At this point I needed the shipping address changed since it was past the point it was supposed to arrive at the original address I emailed them to change the address and never received a response back A month had passed and still no shipping confirmation I emailed again asking for an update and refund on my expedited shipping and still heard nothing Finally the item shipped months later to the first shipping address NOT the updated one I had asked for with still no contact I never received any compensation or refund from the false promised shipping or anything This company is a sham and I refuse to ever purchase anything of theirs again

Terrible Company
Terrible Company Wrote at least 6 e-mails concerning 2 of my orders and no response I hope that they lose their VTuber license to Uniqlo a much stronger company Their products are nice and it seems in between the lines they can t issue an instant refund How can anyone run a business with 6 employees and the main artist doesn t reveal his her themselves Shady sketchy company Do not order from them do not do business with them No customer service number no real human replies just auto generated responses 0 10 stars Do not waste your energy money or time with them They give an excuse about the COViD situation too in their auto replies Spend your hard earned money somewhere else on Amazon Also their VTuber merchandise SHOULD VE BEEN LABELED A PREORDER Boycott this company do not give a single cent to them at conventions if they have a table The absolute worst of the worst Highly dishonorable

Awful customer service Will not buy again
I placed an order on Dec 1st which was going to be a Christmas gift for a friend Note at the time I ordered there wasn t any disclaimer on their website about delays in processing and shipping I never received any email update as to shipping I emailed their customer service Dec 20th and got no response ended up having to replace the gift with something else I filed a Paypal dispute and got an automatic judgment since they never responded to that either For some reason they ended up shipping the item anyway and I got it 7 weeks after I had initially ordered Customer service finally responded February 2nd two months after I had placed my order and sent me the tracking number letting me know my item had been delivered I don t know why they bothered responding at all This entire experience was awful and I won t be ordering from them again
