Terrible service

I wholeheartedly disprove of the service offered by Omocom As a car owner who uses Amovens in Spain I don t get to choose which insurance to claim damages to - the renter made damage politely informing me and apologizing for it and the claim is not covered because according to these insurers it s due to wear and tear and not true cars aren t indestructible old or new So if you can stay away I will quit Amovens as I can t choose my own insurance

Absolute garbage company They will lie to you about the value of your product to lower the amount to pay out They make up a number based on scam auctions from decades ago This is systemic behaviour from this company Check forum posts and you will find years and years of this

Joke Company

Joke Company Don t fall for it I rented my house through blocketQasa This insurance comes together with the renting out through blocketQasa I claimed damages occurred during rental period They rejected all claims with very funny reasons They decide value of damage themselves and reject on the grounds of deductible They reject most damages without reason Their insurance product sheet says damages are covered but they still reject without reason When you call them to clarify they say they don t have time to clarify Their representatives are completely untrained you will experience this at first instance when you talk to them They will yell and scream at you Absolute joke I would rather not have any insurance so at least I don t have to spend time in making claims and dealing with such kind of scam companies

Rented out my bostadsr tt via Qasa and damage was caused by the tenant

Pretty useless I filed a claim due to tenant damaging some facilities in my apartment I ve been waiting for over 2 weeks and when I followed up with them they told me that they ve been waiting for Qasa to respond Truth was that that Qasa responded already a week ago When Omocom did actually replied they just said that they re closing the case and can t give me compensation because tenant didn t think the damage was caused by him When I challenged that they responded that they re not taking side they re not a court blahblahblah However they didn t even investigate from my side It s funny that they said that they re not taking side In my opinion they re only being lazy and only want to charge money but don t do their job properly They said that the tenant has to agree for them to compensate but that basically means that protection for the landlord is non-existent Avoid this company at any cost if you can Sign a very thorough inspection list before tenants moving in Don t think you re fine because your houses are seemingly insured EDIT I asked Qasa if it s possible to opt out because I don t want to support a business that provides little value They said no I don t understand why this company managed to seek rent in such a way and why do we have to use service from Omocom while there re so many good insurance companies out there

I rented a car in July using Amovens platform A man crashed on the car I was renting and admitted his fault and agreed to pay for the repairs to the car I was renting as his car was fully insured I immediately told the owner who was very understanding and helped me with the process in addition to talking to Amovens of course Amovens informed me that I would have to talk to Omocom insurance and that Omocom would handle the matter directly with the insurance company of the third party responsible for the damages This never happened I talked to the man responsible for the damage and he said Omocom called him once and never called back Everything was handled poorly and in the end after THREE months of the incident and incessant and frustrated attempts to contact Amovens and Omocom they charged me for the deductible of the Omocom insurance to repair the car Even though I was NOT responsible for the damages neither Amovens nor OMOCOM were interested in resolving my case If there is Omocom as insurance for anything you pay for run

Useless and scam

Never use this Likely a scam Bought an insurance for a move of a furniture a vintage sk nk on tiptapp In the move of the furniture the mover broke a part of the furniture and i directly opened a claim with omocom They responded one time after 2 days and asked me to send what I payed for the furniture I sent the information directly but now after 2 weeks and 3 tries to get a respons nothing has happend I think they are trying to ignore the claim so they won t have to pay out
