I have been having uploading my videos using the One Stream Mobile App I requested a live conversation so that I could make sure I was understanding the process correctly I was able to meet with a customer service representative via zoom and share my screen The representative was very helpful and clearly explained instructions It was determined that using the Google Chrome browser from my mobile device was the best method for me to upload videos at this time I appreciate the time they took to help correct the problem
