COMPLETE SH TSHOW
So disorganized and poorly managed What a waste of time and money A complete DISASTER Paid extra for certificate of authentication and PRIORITY signing and they give him the WRONG picture to sign I paid for a picture of Martin Henderson NOT a picture of him with Alex Breckinridge Plus got charged for the membership and I canceled the membership immediately but they went ahead and refunded me for the ENTIRE order I NEVER asked for that They said they d try to get me the right picture but they don t know when the next signing is and it could be 6-8 months This company is a joke Overpriced too

Isn t there an option for 0 stars I ve ordered an autographed picture but due to Covid that celebrity couldn t autograph pictures immediately Understood However I watched the celebrity signing my picture while they were streaming it on MAY 15 It s been almost a month and I never received my picture The customer service keep replying my emails saying we are sorry for that delay but we can t control when celebrities send the pictures back to us They just can t control anything except for charging the order Clients are just a number for this company I ll NEVER order anything with them again

Absolutely the most garbage service
Absolutely the most garbage service So many hidden fees signed ke up for a membership I didn t click on no way to unscribe unless you message them no way to remove your card info from site Just now got hit with 2 more 5 dollar payments for things i didnt order This site should be avoided at all costs

expensive not great
For how expensive it is you would think they would at least update shipping info NOPE the USPS has more updated information then the streamily site which has NO updates they don t allow for signature deliveryThe cost is VERY expensive with LOTS of hidden fees

Streamily is a good idea but poorly organized
Poorly organized Recently wanted to check out their Mortal Kombat event The dates were incorrect on their website times of stream with actors not even listed Were actors together signing or separately Confusing You have to keep checking their site and or many social media accounts hoping to figure it out There is a Live and Upcoming function item on their website menu Seems very selective with who is upcoming Or just neglecting in updating They don t make it easy for fans Not surprised they have a poor turn out on their main YouTube channel Streamily is a good idea but seems poorly executed and managed

Don t Support This Company Awful Service
A celerity I like was going to be doing a livestream and signing prints so I bought one They never told us the handle the livestream would occur on not during the order process or in further emails Many of us assumed it would happen on the celeb s IG but it didn t it was on a Streamily one we weren t told about Customer service took no accountability they were dismissive and rude Will not make the mistake of supporting this company again After seeing all the other complaints I wonder if my order will even show up

MAJOR support email system glitch - responses to them don t get through
I ordered a live signed photo The signing occuredbut it turns out the celebrity forgot to sign it On 10 17 23 I recd an email from Streamily asking if I wanted original unsigned or a replacement I emailed back on the SAME day asking for a replacement Apparently there is a MAJOR glitch in their support system email because not only do they say they never recd it but none of my emails since then have been responded to I did not hear back until I sent a message through their website chat bot They state they never got my response so they sent me the unsigned photo Now to get a signed copy I would have to reorder on the next signing the ceebrity does if they ever do

Complete Failure
After ordering a Signed picture from a voice actor on stream witnessed the order being signed on stream so I know it exists streamlily sent a message saying that the order was on its way but have received no further notice or tracking number my messages to Streamlily have come to be ignored since that point and it has been nearly 2 months since that update At this point I have no idea where my order is or what condition it s in I m wanting a refund from them at this point

Poor quality prints smeered autographs
For the high price you get poor quality prints where they don t wait for the ink to dry when placing them in plastic sleeves smeering your autograph I would not recommend them to anyone They have no care for quality
